Additional Terms Of Services

These Additional Terms of Service ("Additional Terms") shall apply to services pursuant to which IINNSOURCE provides you with the ability to post jobs on IINNSOURCE Platform for the fee predetermined by IINNSOURCE ("Paid Services"). By purchasing the Paid Services you agree to be bound by these Additional Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") that are applicable to your use of the IINNSOURCE Platform. In case of any inconsistency between the Terms of Service and these Additional Terms of Service, the Additional Terms of Service will prevail.

1. Paid Services

IINNSOURCE shall provide you with the ability to post jobs ("Paid Job Post(s)") on the IINNSOURCE Platform for a predetermined fee. The categories and geographic areas in which you can make Paid Job Posts are subject to change and shall be communicated to you from time to time via the IINNSOURCE Platform and/or any other mode of communication that may be available at the relevant time.

2. Access

2.1 Enterprise Accounts

1. If you wish to access the Services as an organization, you shall create an Enterprise Account on the IINNSOURCE Platform ("Enterprise Account") to enable the your employees, agents or representatives to access, interact with and avail of the Services through the Enterprise Account Account for you. You may also specify certain employees, agents or representatives ("Designated Users") who shall create individual accounts ("Designated User Accounts") to avail the Services for and on behalf of you.
2. Upon receipt of payment from you, the Company IINNSOURCE will credit the Enterprise Account with "IINNSOURCE Coins" representing the value of the Payment made by you. The number of IINNSOURCE Coins required to post a job in a specified category will be communicated to you at the time of posting a job.
3. Prior to any Designated User being allowed to use the IINNSOURCE Platform you agree that you will register each Designated User with the IINNSOURCE Platform. IINNSOURCE may require you to share documentation evidencing the Designated User’s affiliation with the Client, including but not limited to employee identity card, PAN, Aadhar etc. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and have obtained requisite consent from the respective Designated User(s) to share the above mentioned information with IINNSOURCE.
4. Subject to the Services availed of by you, a Designated User might be required to download the IINNSOURCE mobile application ("IINNSOURCE App"). If a Designated User is required to download the IINNSOURCE App and avail the Services via the IINNSOURCE App such Designated User may be required to enter personal data and shall be required to verify the mobile number provided during the registration process. You will ensure that the personal data and mobile number provided by the Designated User is accurate.
5. IINNSOURCE shall ensure that any personal data entered by an Authorized User is kept confidential at all times.
6. You acknowledge that certain Designated Users may be suspended or banned from use of the Platform due to future or past violations of the IINNSOURCE Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and that IINNSOURCE shall have no obligation or liability related to an Designated User that is unable to obtain or maintain to access and utilize the Services.
7. If Designated Users have previously purchased IINNSOURCE Coins in their individual capacity, on their addition to the Enterprise Account as a Designated Users, all IINNSOURCE Coins held by them will be transferred to the Enterprise Account. You shall ensure that necessary reimbursements, if required, and consent is obtained by you from the said Designated User(s) for their addition to the Enterprise Account and transfer of their IINNSOURCE Coins to the Enterprise Account. You agree to indemnify and to hold IINNSOURCE harmless from any claims made by a Designated User in relation to their addition to an Enterprise Account and the transfer of their IINNSOURCE Coins to the Enterprise Account.
8. Purchase of IINNSOURCE Coins may be made either by the administrator of an Enterprise Account or Designate Users. All invoices shall be raised by IINNSOURCE on the Enterprise Account, i.e. the invoices will be in the name of the organization for which the Enterprise Account has been activated.
9. It shall be your sole responsibility to utilize IINNSOURCE Coins only for those Job Categories in which and geographic areas where the Paid Services are meant to be availed. If you or the Designated Users unintentionally or mistakenly publish Paid Job Posts on the IINNSOURCE Platform for Job Categories or geographic areas where the Paid Services are available IINNSOURCE shall have no liability, whatsoever, to refund IINNSOURCE Coins that are deducted from your Enterprise Account towards such Paid Job Post(s).
10. The validity period of a Paid Job Post will depend on the number of IINNSOURCE Coins utilized to make the Paid Job Post. The validity period shall be from the date of publishing the Paid Job Post on the IINNSOURCE Platform.
11. IINNSOURCE reserves the right to restrict the number of Paid Job Posts per Enterprise Account. The determination of whether or not to restrict the number of Job Posts shall be at IINNSOURCE’s sole discretion.
12. No refunds for any purpose other than IINNSOURCE’s inability to provide the Services shall be made once IINNSOURCE Coins are issued. If IINNSOURCE is unable to provide the Services, refunds shall be made pro-rata to the usage of the unused IINNSOURCE Coins. It is hereby clarified that no refunds shall be made vis-a-vis IINNSOURCE Coins already exhausted by you.
13. The job applications by the candidates on the IINNSOURCE Platform shall remain active only for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of application to the job posts and upon the expiry of the said period of 60 (sixty) days, such job applications shall be archived ("Archived Job Applications"). The Job Posters shall not have access to the list of applicants who have applied to the Archived Job Applications post the period of 60 (sixty) days. The candidates, however, may re-apply to a job post (if still active) after the expiry of 60 (sixty) days from the date such candidate made their first application to the same job post.

2.2 Individual Accounts

1. Upon receipt of payment IINNSOURCE shall credit your IINNSOURCE Account with "IINNSOURCE Coins" representing the value of the Payment made by the Client. The number of IINNSOURCE Coins required to post a job in a specified category will be communicated to you at the time of posting a job.
2. IINNSOURCE Coins may be transferred to any user registered ("User(s)") with the IINNSOURCE Platform. However, transferred IINNSOURCE Coins shall be used only to avail the Paid Services and not as a mode of payment. IINNSOURCE shall not be responsible and shall have no obligation whatsoever if the transferred IINNSOURCE Coins are to be retrieved from Users to whom IINNSOURCE Coins have been transferred.
3. It shall be your sole responsibility to utilize IINNSOURCE Coins only for those Job Categories in which and geographic areas where the Paid Services are meant to be availed. If you unintentionally or mistakenly publish Paid Job Posts on the IINNSOURCE Platform for Job Categories or geographic areas where the Paid Services are available IINNSOURCE shall have no liability, whatsoever, to refund IINNSOURCE Coins that are deducted from your IINNSOURCE Account towards such Paid Job Post(s).

3. Validity

All IINNSOURCE Coins issued shall be valid only for a period of 360 (three hundred and sixty) days from the date of the payment. IINNSOURCE Coins shall lapse if not utilized within 360 (three hundred and sixty) days from the date of payment and no refunds shall be made for such unutilized IINNSOURCE Coins that lapse.

4. Free Service

IINNSOURCE may, at its sole discretion, issue IINNSOURCE Services to you, at any time. Your use of the free services shall be subject to these Additional Terms or such other terms which IINNSOURCE may decide in its sole discretion.

5. Modifications

IINNSOURCE may, at its sole discretion, modify these Additional Terms, at any time. IINNSOURCE may, at its sole discretion, also notify you of any change or modification in these Additional Terms.
